MOPS-SDS [20x]

MOPS-SDS Running Buffer is a specialized buffer used for protein electrophoresis with Bis-Tris gels, designed for optimal separation of medium to large-sized proteins under denaturing conditions. It contains Tris, MOPS and SDS; available in 10x or 20x concentrated solutions or as a dry powder mix.

It is a 20-fold concentrated stock solution after being diluted to its working concentration (1x).
