MES-SDS [10x]

MES-SDS running buffer is used for protein electrophoresis with Bis-Tris gels, primarily to separate small- to medium-sized proteins. It contains Tris, MES and SDS; available in 10x or 20x concentrated solutions or as a dry powder mix.

It is a 10-fold concentrated stock solution after being diluted to its working concentration (1x).
