Mammalian Protease Inhibitor [100x]

Mammalian Protease Inhibitor contains many endogenous proteases, phosphatases, etc., which easily lead to degradation or de-modification of proteins in the extracts, thereby affecting subsequent protein detection. Therefore, adding appropriate protease, phosphatase and other inhibitors to the extract is an effective method to prevent protein degradation and de-modification. This product is a mixture of protease inhibitors for mammalian cell or tissue protein extraction. It contains a broad spectrum of serine, cysteine and acid protease inhibitors, as well as aminopeptidase inhibitors. If used to detect metalloproteinase activity, EDTA shouLd not be added. Add the protease inhibitor mixture (for mammalian sample extraction, 100X) and 0.5M EDTA to the lysis solution at a ratio of 1:100, which can be used for the extraction of mammalian cells or tissue proteins and effectively inhibit protein.
