Lymphocyte Separation Medium [1.083] (LSM1083)

Lymphocyte Separation Medium [1.083] is a ready-to-use, sterile density gradient media. The medium constitute a mixture of Ficoll 400 and sodium diatrizoate, adjusted to a density of 1.083g/mL. The medium facilitates high yield isolation of higher density mononuclear cells of rodents including mouse & rat as well other mammals with >80% recovery.
