Leprosy Bacillus (Mycobacterium Leprae) stain kit (modifield wade-fite method)

This kit is a further improvement of the Wade-Fite method based on the acid-fast bacillus Ziehl-Neelsen staining method. The staining principle is that mycolic acid combines with fuchsin to form a complex at room temperature. After counterstaining with hematoxylin, mycobacteria remain red, while other bacteria and background substances are blue. This staining method is more suitable for showing Leprosy Bacillus than Ziehl-Neelsen staining and Kinyoun staining.
