Lba Cas12a [Cpf1] (enhanced_2.0)

It is a enhanced version of Lba Cas12a. The efficiency is increased from 30% ~ 50%. Combined with guide crRNA, trans-cleavage of Cas12a protein can be activated by target DNA that has complementary base-pairing to the guide crRNA. When combined with reporter, the presence of the target DNA can be confirmed. LbaCas12a enhanced is modified from the wild type Lba Cas12a (Cas12a protein from Lachnospiraceae). Compared with wild type, the enhanced Lba Cas12a showed an elevated activity.
