Lba Cas12a [Cpf1]
Lba Cas12a (Cpf1) is a member of the Cas12a family of proteins. Derived from Lachnospiraceae. It binds with crRNA to form functional complex, that specifically recognizes DNA sequences, and trans-cleaves ssDNA.
When Lba Cas12a, guided by guide RNA, identifies and cleaves target DNA, its accessory cleavage activity is activated, effectively cleaving nonspecific DNA in the system. By designing reporter DNA with fluorescent groups or other markers at both ends, CRISPR/Cas12 can detect and amplify the DNA template. The results can then be observed using a fluorescence microscope or test strips.
Material Supplied:
1) Lba Cas12a protein
2) Reaction Buffer [10x]
3) Diluent Buffer [1x]
