LAMP Isothermal Amplification kit (w/ UDG)
This product aims to simplify LAMP assay design with robust reaction and high tolerance of inhibitors. It can be combined with fluorescent probes or dyes, lateral flow and agarose gel detections to observe results. Non-specific products are common in isothermal amplifications including LAMP.
AapCas12b protein or BrCas12b protein is recommended in LAMP-CRISPR to increase specificity. RNaseH2 enzyme is also highly recommended to increase the specificity of LAMP. It performs well in SNP detection.
