IMDM w/ Phenol Red & HEPES

IMDM refers to Iscove's Modified Dulbecco's Medium, a modified version of Dulbecco's Modified Eagle's Medium (DMEM). IMDM is supplemented with trace elements selenium, extra amino acids and vitamins, and potassium nitrate is used instead of ferric nitrate. It is rich in nutrients and is very suitable for rapid proliferation and high-density cell culture, such as mouse B lymphocytes, LPS stimulated B cells, bone marrow cells, T lymphocytes and various hybridoma cells. In addition, IMDM can also be used as a base solution for some unique serum-free media.

*All cell culture media & supplements are available in standard pack size of 500mL (liquid) and 10 x 1L (powder sachets). Bulk packing in powder form is also available on request.
