Hollande's Fixative

Hollande's fixative is similar to Bouin's fixative, with fast penetration, uniform fixation, slight tissue shrinkage, and a clear view of the microstructure of cells. This fixative is mainly used for gastrointestinal biopsy and endocrine tissue fixation.
