High Yield crRNA/sgRNA Synthesis Kit (with PCR Mix)

High Yield crRNA/sgRNA synthesis kit is a lab reagent designed to efficiently generate guide RNA (gRNA) for use in CRISPR gene editing. The kit contains reagents for in vitro transcription to produce single guide RNA (sgRNA) from a DNA template, often using a T7 promoter and T7 RNA Polymerase, which is a more efficient and cost-effective method than traditional plasmid or viral delivery. The resulting sgRNA can be used with Cas nucleases like Cas9 or Cas12a to target and cleave specific DNA sequences.

The CRISPR guide RNA (gRNA) transcription kit contains T7 RNA Polymerase Mix, enabling efficient transcription and synthesis of gRNA from small amounts of sample (suitable for gRNA preparation for Cas12a, Cas13a, Cas12b, and Cas9). A single reaction with 0.5ug of control template can yield up to 100ug of gRNA.
