HEPES-SDS [10x]

HEPES-SDS running buffer is a buffered solution used for gel electrophoresis, specifically SDS-PAGE, to maintain a stable pH and ensure proper separation of proteins. It contains Tris, HEPES and SDS; available in 10x or 20x concentrated solutions or as a dry powder mix.

It is a 10-fold concentrated stock solution after being diluted to its working concentration (1x).
