Hemicellulose Content Assay kit

Hemicellulose refers to the part of plant polysaccharides that symbiosis with cellulose in plant cell walls, is soluble in alkaline solution, and is much easier to hydrolyze when exposed to acid. It is widely found in plants, and its distribution varies greatly due to plant species, maturity, early and late woods, cell types and morphological parts.
