GranuloSep GSM 1119

GranuloSep GSM 1119 is a solution of polysucrose and sodium diatrizoate, adjusted to a density of 1.119 ± 0.0010g/mL. It separates of mononuclear cells and granulocytes from defibrinated EDTA or heparin treated human blood while it is combined with Lymphocyte Separation Medium [1.077] (LSM1077).
