Glutathione Beads 4FF (Fast Flow) is a highly cross-linked 4% agarose gel matrix based on a 12-atom spacer arm chemically covalently bound to reduced glutathione. Glutathione agarose gel matrix can purify recombinant derivatives of glutathione- S-transferase, glutathione-dependent protein and glutathione transferase expressed by various expression systems in one step. Glutathione FF is a suitable substrate for the purification of target proteins at relatively high flow rates due to its pressure-resistant matrix.
