Fungi/Yeast Protease Inhibitor contains many endogenous proteases, phosphatases, etc., which easily cause the protein in the extract to be degraded or unmodified, thereby affecting subsequent protein detection. Therefore, adding appropriate protease, phosphatase and other inhibitors to the extract is an effective method to prevent protein degradation and de-modification. This product is a mixture of protease inhibitors for fungal or yeast protein extraction. It contains a broad spectrum of serine, cysteine and acid protease inhibitors. Add the protease inhibitor mixture (for fungal or yeast extraction, 100X) to the lysis solution at a ratio of 1:100, which can be used for the extraction of fungal or yeast protein and effectively inhibit protein degradation.
