ELISA Stop Solution (blocking reagent for TMB substrate)

Ready-to-use working solution for TMB Substrate; it is used to stop TMB substrate reaction for ELISA and change the absorbance from blue (620 nm) to yellow (450 nm).

IFU: After adding TMB to the ELISA plate, add 50ul of ELISA stop solution to stop the reaction, and measure the absorbance at 450nm within 30 minutes.
