EiCsm6
EiCsm6 can be activated by cleavage products of Cas13a or Cas13b, effectively enhancing the signal intensity of CRISPR detection.
The CRISPR type III effector nuclease Csm6 is activated by cyclic adenylate molecules or linear adenine homopolymers terminated by 2',3'-cyclic phosphates. The trans-cleavage activity of Lwa Cas13a or Psm Cas13b produces cleavage products with hydroxylated 5' termini and 2',3'-cyclic phosphate termini, which activate Csm6 and cleave the polyA reporter.
Material Supplied:
1) EiCsm6 protein
2) Reaction Buffer [10x]
3) Diluent Buffer [1x]
