DTT [1M]

DTT (Dithiothreitol) is used as reducing agent for antioxidation effect and reduces the SS bond of protein. It has 7 fold lower concentration in compared with b-Mercaptoethanol but it has similar effects. Also, it has much lesser pungent odor and the toxicity is much lower than b-mercaptoethanol.
