Direct Lysis Buffer for qPCR [DNA]
Direct Lysis Buffer for qPCR [DNA] is specially formulated lysis system that can quickly release nucleic acids from samples, especially for DNA viruses, prokaryotic bacteria (including gram-negative bacteria and gram-positive bacteria) and other samples.
Direct Lysis Buffer enables PCR, RPA & LAMP amplifications with samples without extraction and purification; saves time, labour and cost.
Material Suppied: Direct Lysis Buffer [5mL]
Instruction for use:
Step-1: Add 200uL of the sample to be tested to a 1.5ml centrifuge tube and centrifuge at 12,000rpm for 10min.
Step-2: Remove the supernatant, add 50uL of Direct Lysis Buffer agent to the precipitate, vortex to mix, let stand for 10 min, centrifuge at 12,000 rpm for 1 min, and take 1-5uL of supernatant for amplification reaction.
