Direct Lysis Buffer [for DNA & RNA] (LAMP / RPA / PCR)

Direct Lysis buffer can quickly release nucleic acids from throat swab samples without purification and can be directly used in subsequent amplification reactions, including PCR, LAMP & RPA.

This product is formulated with a lysis system that can quickly release nucleic acids from throat swab samples. It is particularly suitable for samples such as RNA viruses, DNA viruses and prokaryotes (including Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria).
