dCas9_NLS

The dCas9-NLS protein is a DNA-cleavage-deficient mutant of the Streptococcus pyogenes Cas9 protein (D10A, H840A), expressed recombinantly in Escherichia coli. An NLS signal peptide is added to the protein's C-terminus. Cas9-NLS can stably bind to the guide RNA (gRNA) and target the DNA.
