CRISPR-Cas12a DNA Lateral Flow Detection Kit (2-step)

Cas12a forms a functional complex with crRNA, "gliding" over the target nucleic acid sequence. Upon successful pairing, Cas12a is specifically activated and trans-cleaves the surrounding reporter molecule. This kit combines isothermal amplification technology with Cas12a, boasting high sensitivity, specificity, and a high signal-to-noise ratio. It has been widely used in molecular diagnostics, enabling rapid and accurate detection of pathogens.

This kit applied isothermal amplification & CRISPR/Cas12a, enalbles DNA detection in two steps, and the results can be observed visually using a chromatographic test strip.
