Chymotrypsin Activity Assay kit

Chymotrypsin, also known as chymotrypsin, is a proteolytic enzyme secreted by the pancreas, which can quickly decompose denatured proteins. The function of chymotrypsin and trypsin is similar, but has the advantages of strong decomposition ability, low toxicity and small adverse reactions. Chymotrypsin catalyzes the hydrolysis of BTEE, and the product has characteristic light absorption at 256nm; chymotrypsin can be calculated by measuring the increase rate of light absorption at 256nm.
