BSA Blocking Buffer [5%]

BSA Blocking Buffer (5%) is suitable for blocking non-specific protein binding sites in Western Blotting, ELISA and IHC experiments. After blocking, it can reduce the subsequent non-specific binding of the primary antibody or secondary antibody to the carrier, reduce the background, and enhance the signal-to-noise ratio to achieve the ideal color rendering effect.

This product is ready-to-use, no need to dilute. In the blocking step, add a sufficient amount of BSA blocking solution to fuLly cover the surface of the carrier, shake and block, and the blocking time depends on the experiment. Generally, block at room temperature for half an hour to 1 hour, and then perform subsequent operations such as antibody incubation.
