Avian Adenovirus Type E (FADV-E) PCR Kit

This kit is based on the qualitative fluorescent Real-Time PCR method. The kit includes PCR Mix, Positive & Negative controls. The PCR Mix supplied in the kit is a blend of PCR mastermix with internal control and the primer-probe. The primers and probes are designed to detect the specific pathogenic genes while amplifying the nucleic acid samples.
