Antibody Diluent [FITC]

The FITC Diluent is used for the dilution and preparation of FITC labeled antibodies in immunofluorescence experiments. The product is added with antibody protective agents, stabilizers and other ingredients, which effectively increases the stability of fluorescent antibodies after dilution. The antibody diluted with this diluent can be stored stably at 2-8°C for half a year.

According to the recommended titer of fluorescent antibody (or personal optimization conditions), add an appropriate amount of antibody to the antibody diluent. For example, when the titer is 1 : 100 , 1uL of antibody can be added to 1mL of antibody diluent , and it can be used after mixing well. The antibody is best to be diluted now, and the diluted antibody can be stored at 2-8°C.

Note: if the antibody needs to be recovered and reused, it is recommended to perform the antibody binding reaction at 2-8°C to slow down the decay rate of antibody titer.
