Antibody Diluent [AP]

The AP-Antibody Diluent is suitable for the dilution of AP-labeled antibodies in experiments such as immunohistochemistry and western blotting. Antibody protectant and stabilizer are added to the diluent, which effectively increases the stability of AP-labeled antibody after dilution. The AP-labeled antibody diluted with this diluent can be stored stably at 2-8°C for at least six months.

According to the recommended titer of the primary antibody (or personal optimization conditions), add an appropriate amount of antibody to the antibody diluent. For example, when the titer is 1:1000, 1 uL of antibody can be added to 1 mL of antibody diluent, and it can be used after mixing well. The antibody is best to be diluted now, and the diluted antibody can be stored at 2-8°C.

Note: if the antibody needs to be recovered and reused, it is recommended to perform the antibody binding reaction at 2-8°C to slow down the decay rate of the antibody titer.
