Antibody Diluent (advance)

This antibody diluent is suitable for the dilution of the primary antibody in experiments such as immunohistochemistry and western blotting. The product is added with antibody protective agents, stabilizers and other ingredients, which effectively increases the stability of the primary antibody after dilution. The primary antibody diluted with this diluent can be stored stably at 2-8°C for at least half a year.

According to the recommended titer of the primary antibody (or personal optimization conditions), add an appropriate amount of antibody to the antibody diluent. For example, when the titer is 1:1000, 1 uL of antibody can be added to 1 mL of antibody diluent, and it can be used after mixing well. The antibody is best to be diluted now, and the diluted antibody can be stored at 2-8°C.

Note: if the antibody needs to be recovered and reused, it is recommended to perform the antibody binding reaction at 2-8°C to slow down the decay rate of the antibody titer.
