Aap Cas12b
Aap Cas12b is a member of the Cas12b family of proteins. Derived from Alicyclobacillus acidiphilus. With thermostable character, it can be used with LAMP.
Aap Cas12b and sgRNA form functional complex and it searches for target sequence. The trans-cleavage activity of Cas12b is activated when sgRNA binds target sequence. Cas12b efficiently cuts ssDNA around. Cas12b features resistance of high temperature of 60-65°C, which makes it an ideal partner of LAMP.
Material Supplied:
1) Aap Cas12b protein
2) Reaction Buffer [10x]
3) Diluent Buffer [1x]
