50bp DNA Ladder
A ready-to-use 50bp DNA Ladder is provided with 1x Loading Buffer for tracking of sample DNA migration, contains 14 fragments: 50bp, 100bp, 150bp, 200bp, 250bp, 300bp, 350bp, 400bp, 500bp, 600bp, 700bp, 800bp, 900bp and 1000bp. 5uL of this product contains ~40ng of each band, except the 500bp and 250bp fragment which contains ~100ng.
Recommended to load 5uL each lane; optimized to create a sharp and clear band with the enhanced intensity.
Highly stable at room temperature. If kept in the freezer, multiple freeze-thaw cycles will not affect the quality of DNA marker.
