5'-Nucleotidase Activity Assay kit

5'- nucleotidase (5'-NT) is a hydrolytic enzyme with low substrate specificity and can act on a variety of nucleotides. It is widely present in various plants, animal tissues, serum and plasma. 5'NT is a special phosphoester hydrolase, which only acts on nucleoside -5'- phosphate such as AMP (adenosine -5'- phosphate or adenylate) to generate inorganic phosphate and nucleosides. By determining the phosphorus content of the generated inorganic phosphorus, the activity of 5'-NT can be calculated.
