2x EVA Green qPCR Mix

Eva Green is a DNA-binding dye, ideal for both qPCR and melting curve analysis. It binds to dsDNA, which permits the use of a relatively high dye concentration in qPCR without PCR inhibition. The dye does not cross cell membranes, thus preventing the dye from binding genomic DNA in live cells whereas all other PCR dyes enter in live cells. Moreover, compare to SYBR Green which is inherently dangerous due to mutagenic & toxic in nature; Eva Green is non-mutagenic, non-cytotoxic and safe to disposal.
