1kb DNA Ladder
A ready-to-use 1kb DNA Ladder is provided with 1x Loading Buffer for tracking of sample DNA migration, contains 13 fragments: 250bp, 500bp, 750bp, 1000bp, 1500bp, 2000bp, 2500bp, 3000bp, 4000bp, 5000bp, 6000bp, 8000bp and 12000bp. 5uL of this product contains ~30ng of each band, except the 1500bp and 4000bp fragment which contains ~80ng.
Recommended to load 5ul each lane; optimized to create a sharp and clear band with the enhanced intensity.
Highly stable at room temperature. If kept in the freezer, multiple freeze-thaw cycles will not affect the quality of DNA marker.
