100bp PLUS DNA Ladder
A ready-to-use 100bp PLUS DNA Ladder is provided with 1x Loading Buffer for tracking of sample DNA migration, contains 14 fragments: 100bp, 200bp, 300bp, 400bp, 500bp, 600bp, 700bp, 800bp, 900bp, 1000bp,1200bp, 1500bp, 2000bp and 3000bp. 5uL of this product contains ~50ng of each band, except the 500bp and 1200bp fragment which contains ~120ng.
Recommended to load 5ul each lane; optimized to create a sharp and clear band with the enhanced intensity.
Highly stable at room temperature. If kept in the freezer, multiple freeze-thaw cycles will not affect the quality of DNA marker.
