TriColor Prestained Protein Ladder

This Protein Ladder is a three-color, ready-to-use molecular weight standard for proteins, featuring 10 pre-stained recombinant proteins that span a molecular weight range of 10 to 180 kDa. The loading buffer has been pre-mixed for use in SDS-PAGE or Western Blot, facilitating the visualization of electrophoretic protein separation in SDS-PAGE and assessing the membrane transfer efficacy in Western Blot.
After SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis or Western blot transfer, 10 pre-stained bands of 10, 15, 25, 34, 42, 56, 50, 72, 100, 140, 180 kDa can be observed. The 10 kDa band appears in green, and the 72 kDa band appears in red, whereas the remaining 8 bands appearing blue.
