Transfer Buffer (Semi Dry) [1x; powder sachets]

Transfer Buffer (Semi Dry) appears as white to off-white instant granules . Each pouch of Transfer Buffer (Semi Dry) instant granules can produce 1L 1x Transfer Buffer (Semi Dry) buffer, which is easy to operate and easy to use. The main components of Transfer Buffer (Semi Dry) are 48mM Tris, 39mM glycine and 0.04% SDS.

Transfer Buffer (Semi Dry) is suitable for Western Blot semi-dry electrophoresis transfer membrane. Pre-mixed with SDS can be applied to large molecular weight proteins or strong hydrophobic proteins.

Method:
1. Put magnetic stirring beads and ~600mM distilled water into a beaker.
2. While stirring, slowly pour the whole contents from 1 pouch of Transfer Buffer(Semi Dry) into the beaker; wait until everything is dissolved.
3. Add 200mL anhydrous alcohol and add distilled water to bring the volume to 1L and 1x solution is made.
Note: The formulated 1x transfer buffer can be stored at room temperature for two weeks.
