Red Stacking Gel dye [200x]

This product is a dye used to prepare polyacrylamide stacking gel (top layer gel, accumulated gel). Adding this dye can make the protein spotting wells of the stacking gel clear at a glance, and it is convenient to add protein samples into the spotting wells accurately, and it is easy to judge whether the margins of the sample loading wells are distorted or damaged. And the color of the dye will not enter the separating gel (lower gel) along with the electrophoresis, and can exist stably in the stacking gel. After the electrophoresis is completed, it is also easy to identify and remove the upper gel, without affecting the electrophoresis and staining effects.

The dye is available in four colors: black, blue, green & red.
