REAL-Seq™ Hi-Formamide

REAL-Seq™ Hi-Formamide is a high-purity deionized formamide, which can dissolve the sequencing PCR fragment products and keep the sequencing products denatured for a long time. At the same time, this product has a very low conductivity, nucleic acid fragments are dissolved in it and become the only electrolyte, and it is easy to be captured by electrophoresis during the electrical sampling process of the sequencing instrument. Therefore, the sequencing result signal using this product is high and the background signal is low. Compared to other dissolution reagents, nucleic acids can be stored in it for a long time.
