REAL-Prep™ UMI Adapter & UDI Primer 289-384 (for Illumina)

UMI Adapter & UDI Primers are used to detect samples with low-frequency mutations. Unique molecular identifiers (UMIs) are a type of molecular barcoding that tag each molecule in the library, which can reduce the false-positive rate and increase the sensitivity of mutation detection. REAL-Prep™ UMI Adapter & UDI Primers offers 64 different 6-bp UMI adapters with edit distance not less than 3, which is enough to distinguish between original molecules and correct the errors during sequencing.
