UDI Primers are a mix of i5 and i7 Primers. UDI Primers and Stubby adapter together are the dedicated linker for library construction on the Illumina high-throughput sequencing platform. REAL-Prep™ Stubby Adapter & UDI Primer set are available in piercable plate, each well of the plate contain a unique dual indexing primer pairwith PE adapter.
