Protein L Resin FF

Protein L Resin FF (Fast Flow) is a highly cross-linked 4% agarose gel matrix that allows the purification of monoclonal and polyclonal antibodies at relatively high flow rates. The Protein L Resin FF is a versatile affinity chromatography medium for the isolation and purification of monoclonal antibodies. Protein L is genetically recombined and expressed by E. coli, retaining the binding properties to the antibody kappa chain without affecting the antigen binding site of the antibody. Protein L compared with Protein A and Protein G, more extensive binding of various antibodies and subclasses of sources, including human, mouse, rat, rabbit and chicken, but not to cows, goats or sheep immunized sources globulin.
