Ni-NTA Resin FF

Ni-NTA Resin 6FF (Fast Flow) is a tri-coordinated highly cross-linked 6% agarose gel coupled to the nitrogen triacetic acid (NTA) and chelated to the nickel ions (NI 2+). The Ni-NTA agarose gel matrix allows the purification of Histidine-Tagged (6x His-Tagged) proteins sourced from various expression systems such as E. coli, yeast, insect cells and mammalian cells.
