GST-Tag Protein Purification Kit [Spin Column]

Glutathione agarose gel matrix can purify recombinant derivatives of glutathione- S-transferase, glutathione-dependent protein and glutathione transferase expressed by various expression systems in one step. This kit is based on spin column for the rapid (approximately 3 minutes) and small-scale affinity purification.

The kit includes spin columns containing the resin bed volume of 0.2mL for the sample volume of 0.65mL. The kits is also supplied with all the buffers required for binding, washing, elution, neutralization & regeneration along with the collection tubes.

Each column can be recycled up to 5 times* with 90% of recovery rate without diminishing the binding capacity.
*if the sample contains a solid component, it may cause a clogging of the column, which may result in a decrease in the regeneration frequency and fluid permeability. Therefore, this product should be used after removal of the solid component by centrifugal removal or filter filtration. Also, the number of regeneration will vary depending on the sample type.
