Glutathione Resin 4FF (Fast Flow) is a highly cross-linked 4% agarose gel matrix based on a 12-atom spacer arm chemically covalently bound to reduced glutathione. The Glutathione agarose gel matrix can purify recombinant derivatives of glutathione- S-transferase, glutathione-dependent protein and glutathione transferase expressed by various expression systems in one step.
