G418 solution [50mg/mL]

G418 [50mg/mL] is a sterile-filtered, concentrated stock solution of the aminoglycoside antibiotic G418 sulfate, also known by the trade name Geneticin. It is used as a selective agent in cell culture to isolate and maintain eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells that have been genetically engineered to express a resistance gene.
