| Storage/Stability | The kit contains Diaminobenzidine (DAB) substrate and Peroxidase (HRP) enzyme for the staining to detect the target molecule. The HRP catalyzes the reaction of the DAB substrate, producing a brown color precipitate at the reaction site. This product adopts a special formula for high sensitivity, low background, good repeatability and stable storage. It is usually recommended to add 80-100uL DAB Working Solution to each tissue, and 40-50uL DAB Working Solution to each square centimeter of imprinting film.
