ELISA Coating Buffer [10x]

The 10x stock solution of buffer can be diluted 10 times with deionized water to form a ready-to-use working solution pf pH 9.6. While using, take an appropriate amount of coating buffer to dilute the antigen or antibody solution to the corresponding coating concentration, add 100ul to each reaction well of the ELISA plate, and coat overnight at 4°C.
