BspQI

BspQI is a restriction endonuclease, recombinantly expressed in E. coli. It recognizes asymmetric DNA sequences and cleaves outside of the recognition site. This enzyme cleaves DNA rapidly (within 15 to 30 min at 50°C) for efficient gene linearization. It is widely used in gene mapping, cloning and other fields. This enzyme rapidly cuts DNA for efficient gene linearization.
