AEC/HRP substrate kit [20x]
The kit contains Aminoethylcarbazole (AEC) substrate and Peroxidase (HRP) enzyme for the immunostaining to detect the target molecule. The HRP catalyze the oxidation of AEC, producing a red color precipitate at the reaction site.
